Dear Attendees and PTO/PTA Members, 

We deeply regret to inform you that the Sept. 22 Foundation Mixer, which many of you were anticipating, had to be canceled due to low ticket sales. We understand the disappointment this may have caused and want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly. Your support and enthusiasm for this event mean the world to us, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this cancellation may have caused. 

Now, regarding the refund process: 

  • Ticket Refunds: If you purchased tickets for the Foundation Mixer, please expect a full refund. For assistance with the refund process, please contact Mianna Magliocca at mianna.magliocca@gasd.org. She will guide you through the necessary steps. 

On a brighter note, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated PTO/PTA members who worked to obtain donations and support for the Foundation Mixer. Your unwavering commitment and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Your efforts have brought us closer to our fundraising goals, and for that, we are grateful. 

Though the Mixer had to be canceled, please know that your contributions and dedication to our cause continue to make a meaningful impact. We are actively exploring alternative ways to connect with you and express our appreciation in person. 

Once again, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the event’s cancellation, and our deepest thanks for your dedication to our foundation’s mission. We look forward to brighter days ahead when we can come together and celebrate our shared goals.
